OMAM /AJWAIN/CAROM SEEDS
One of India’s favourite herb, that is predominantly used in Indian cuisine and as a medicinal item in the Indian kitchens. We also love this little seed that is present in the fruit of the Ajwain Plant. They are commonly used for their Antibacterial and Antifungal properties. You can easily notice this brown coloured seed as it has a pungent and bitter taste. Very similar to Jeera / Cumin, Ajwain is used as a whole spice or in powdered form.
